Global online audiences last week turned their attention to the crisis in Venezuela, U.S. Federal Reserve policy, the U.S. Debt-Ceiling, the Russian opposition movement, and the risk of a U.S. equities bubble.


The score on the left denotes the percentage share an issue captured of the weekly total upswing in digital attention across all major macro issues. For example, the Venezuela Crisis accounted for more than 11 percent of the total increase in online attention to market-moving macro issues over the course of the week.
